This card was very easy to make. I printed the Sketched Floral 2 Design after sizing it in Microsoft Word. I colored the images with alcohol markers and fussy cut them.
Next, with an A2 card panel, measuring 4.25″ x 5.5″. I stenciled half of the base using Gina K’s Leafy stencil. I adhered this panel on top of an A2 card base. I used the slimline postage frame from the LDRS Creative die set and cut a panel. (TIP: If you don’t have long enough plates for your die-cut machine, simply tape the die to the card stock. Run it through one way, turn it around, and run it through again). I stamped my sentiment and cut with a coordinating die.
Add your wide washi tape to the postage frame. I only used a portion of the slimline frame. I laid my card out and trimmed off the postage panel to the size I wanted. Then I laid out my elements. I added a few leaves from the digital design under the postage panel with glue. I added the main focal point to the top with Bearly Arts Precision Glue. I added dimensional foam to the back of the postage panel and the bits of flower and any sentiment that hang over the panel.I used the Kat Scrappiness jewels for a bit of bling and the card was done.
