Hello, my creative friends! Do you drink coffee? Do you love it? Well, if so, you are really going to love the Coffee Release from Kat Scrappiness. Of course, we have stamps, dies, and new paper pads! But the sentiments in this collection are ADORABLE! So let me show you a couple of new cards.

card 1

Card one features these new products:

To create the shaker, I cut five pieces from the white card stock of the stitched mug. Then I cut one piece from the solid mug. I stamped the sentiment onto the solid piece. I glued four of the stitched pieces together and glued this to the solid piece. Next, color the last stitched piece with alcohol markers OR find a colored card stock that matches the patterned paper and use that. Glue this to a piece of acetate and allow it to dry. Once dry, adhere this to the other stitched element. Let it dry with a weight on top. Then, pour the Pearl Glass Dots into the well. Glue your acetate piece on top and allow this to dry. The hard part is done!

The card base is a side folding A2 card base. I chose a piece of patterned paper from the Cuppa Love Paper Pad and cut it to 3.75″ x 5″. I then cut a border panel 1/8″ bigger and glued them together. This was all added to the card base with foam tape. Position your shaker element and glue it down with a strong liquid glue.

I decided I needed a few more elements. So I chose the brown dotted pattern paper and cut a 1″ strip and glued it just below the shaker. Then I cut the spoon die from metallic, matte-finished silver card stock and the colored card stock. I offset them, glued them together and added them to the front panel. On to card 2!

Here are the products used on this card:

Making this card was straightforward. Cut, score, and fold a side folding A2 card base. Cut another white panel to 4″ x 5.25″. I used all the sentiment stamps. I stamped with Versamark ink on different blue scraps I had in my stash. Then I covered them with superfine white embossing powder and heat embossed them. I cut them with the coordinating dies.

I die-cut the coffee pot out of white card stock and then stamped it with a coordinating stamp. I also cut it from shiny metallic card stock. Next, fussy cut the top and the bottom from the silver pot and glue them to the white die-cut.

Die-cut the GOT COFFEE shadow from blue card stock and the word from white. Also cut a few stitched strips with the Stitched Slimline dies.

Use liquid glue to adhere everything except the word. The word popped up on foam tape. I also added a few Silver Round Confetti.
