Online Card Class

This week has been filled with fun….mostly. The un-fun part was updating my blog. Having classes with Jennifer McGuire, Kristina Werner and a slew of guests was WAY fun. Because if part one I didn’t get to create as much as I wanted.

That time is over! I have a lot of catch up to do though! This card was inspired by Kristina Werner’s Day 1 class.

This card was made with Gina K’s Fluttering Fall Stencil Bundle. Man this bundle is a beauty and still available at this time. The card stock used is from Concord & 9th and these blue green hues are beautiful!!

I stenciled the butterfly with Concord & 9th inks. Then I die cut the butterfly and another in plain white. In the plain die cut I stamped the butterfly body in black. I then cut out the stenciled wings and added a bit of foam behind. The window was cut out with GKD Master Layout 3. I nested the stitched circle die. I cut this out 4 times and once from vellum. I adhered these all together.

The sentiment is from the same bundle and was cut out once in silver glitter paper and 3 times in white. These were glued together and offset a bit. The “for you” was stamped in Versafine Nocturne Clair and then embossed in clear powder. The card base was cut out with GKD Master Layouts 7. All of this was adhered to a white card base.

The entire class schedule was filled with different ways to use your card stock. It truly is an amazing class and should be in your wish list. I hope you are having a fabulous weekend and as always, thanks for stopping by!
