Good Morning! It is time for another Cupcake Inspiration Challenge. The Whimsical Art Witch is the sponsor for this two-week challenge. She has some beautiful digital images for your card making and creating; they can all be found HERE! She can also be found on Instagram. Her account is @thewickedmrshicks.

The theme for the next two weeks is HALLOWEEN FUN and I had some fun with this adorable image from our sponsor. It is such a cool Jack O’Witch. I added an action wobbler to the back for even more FUN! Here is the card and if you keep reading I will tell you how I made it and the supplies used!

Card Details
I started off by printing this digital image onto 80lb alcohol marker-friendly card stock. I then used various alcohol markers to color the image. I added some shimmer pen to the chain and cogwheel. I also added some glossy accents to the eye. It is hard to capture in the photo but trust me it looks so cool! Finally, I added a few white gel pen highlights.
Then I worked on my sentiment. This BOO sentiment die is from Kat Scrappiness and the link is below in the supply list. It also includes a shadow for the word which worked perfectly for my card. I used Distress Oxides Pickled Raspberry and Black Soot. I used a bleeding brush and a very light hand. The shadow was cut from black card stock.

For the background, dig through your craft stash, and find a stencil with abstract shapes. I ink-blended the same Distress Oxides onto the stencil. I then splattered the panel with watered down Black Soot. After it was dry I cut the panel with Gina K Designs, Master Lay Out 2 dies. I used the stitched rectangle on the stenciled panel and the plain rectangle on the black card stock. I have to say this set from Gina K is my all-time favorite and I use it on nearly every card I make. Use liquid glue to adhere the panels together. You can glue your sentiment directly to the stenciled panel at this point.
Add some foam tape to the card panel and adhere it to an A2, top-folding card base. The final step is to add a large action wobbler to the center of your Jack O’Witch. I thought about adding some bling but decided the shimmer pen was enough. I am in love with this image and encourage you to head over to her Etsy Shop to see all of the creations!
