Good Morning! Halloween isn’t here yet and I am sure you have all been making some fancy cards for the occasion. Well, today I am here to say that sometimes, less is MORE! Today I am featuring a card with a beautiful embossing folder and some teeny tiny die-cuts (and a bit of bling!)

This card is simple, you may already have some tiny die-cut images left over from another project! These little spiders and the sentiment are from the LDRS Creative Halloween Party Stamps & DIes. This BEAUTIFUL embossing folder is from Spellbinders. It is called Geo Screen and it is so versatile for any event.

First I embossed a piece of pale purple card stock cut down to 4.25″ x 5.5″. I glued this down to a side folding A2 card base. Then I found these itty bitty spiders left over from another card project. to put some focus on these little guys I anchored them with tiny pieces of foam to a white square measuring 2″ x 2″. I backed the white square with a black border measuring 2 1/8″ x 2 1/8″.

The sentiment adhered with foam tape. I also added some Crafty Meraki Sparkling Magic Iris gems. The purple panel was added to the card base with double-sided tape.

The light purple card base pulls out the purple in the little spiders and those gems just pick up all of the colors. I told you it was easy. Don’t pass up using those tiny little dies.
