Good Morning! It is time for the release of the awesome PAWSOME Dog stamps from Kat Scrappiness. I am a total dog person so am in LOVE with this release and think you will be too! Here are some cards I have created with the new release and I hope they inspire you!

I am sharing two new cards using the Rainbow Bridge Stamps and Sentiments. Make sure you check out all of the inspiration from the Kat Scrappiness Creative Crew. We will be having a hop on Instagram with prizes so make sure you check that out as well!

Here are the two cards I have created for you and I hope you enjoy them. Losing a pet is tough and the Reainbow Bridge stamps and sentiments are the perfect way to send paper hugs to your friends experiencing such a loss.

Rainbow bridge card details

  • Cut, score and fold a top-folding A2 card base.
  • Cut another panel from white card stock measuring 3.75 x 5″. Run this through your di-cutting matching with the Stitched Cloud Coverplate.
  • Cut a piece of colored card stock 1/8″ larger than the die-cut panel. Glue these panels together with liquid glue. Add foam tape to the back and set aside.
  • Place a piece of scrap, white card stock over the largest cloud on the coverplate and run through your machine. Fussy cut the cloud out.
  • Using the Rainbow Bridge sentiments, select the one you want and stamp onto your cloud. Cover with clear embossing powder and heat emboss. Add foam to the back and set aside.
  • Stamp the rainbow bridge and the pets. I also added clear embossing powder to these images and heat embossed.
  • Fussy cut your images. (or better yet – PRE-ORDER the die)
  • I stamped the bridge again on some Gina K Masking Magic. I then cut out the bridge portion and placed on the stamped card stock.
  • Using Distress Oxide Inks (Peacock Feathers, Mowed Lawn, Squeezed Lemonade, Ripe Persimmon and Festive Berries) I ink-blended the colors in rainbow order. I also added some white and gold ink splatters.
  • The cloud panel was adhered to the base with foam tape. The sentiment cloud, bridge and pets also have foam tape.
  • I added a few of the Paw Print Sprinkles to add some interest.

Heart shaped focal point card details

  • Cut, score and fold a top-folding A2 card base.
  • Cut another panel from white card stock measuring 3.75 x 5″. Stencil this panel with the Paw Print Stencil and Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers. I also added a bit of the Peacock Feathers to the edges of this panel.
  • Using the Love in Stitches Heart dies cut several of the same shape. I have 4 and glued them together. I added shimmer pen to the top heart frame for shine.
  • Using the inner, solid heart and the Dog Bone Stencil ink blend the heart. (I used Distress Oxides, Festive Berried, Ripe Persimmon, Squeezed Lemonade, Mowed Lawn and Peacock Feathers)
  • Stamp and clear emboss your pets. You can fussy cut these out. (or better yet – PRE-ORDER the die)
  • Lay out your card and decide where you want your sentiment. Using my MISTI stamping platform I stamped my sentiment and embossed with clear powder.
  • Glue down your layered heart and glue down the stenciled heart in the center.
  • The cat was glued directly to the panel. The dog was adhered with foam tape.
  • The entire panel was added to the card base with foam tape.
