Sometimes you just find a product that ignites your creativity. Sometimes this product makes crafting easier. I can’t say enough about the new Santa’s Lane Limited Edition Cardmaking Kit. There is so many items in this kit that spark my creativity and I am having so much fun sharing them with you. If you are new to Cardmaking let me tell you this kit will not disappoint. Here is my card for today. All of the items on the card came from the kit except for the Gina K Design’s Master Layout 2 dies which allowed me to cut the stitched panel and the black border panel. This card is so easy to make so let’s get started.

First, I cut, scored and folded an A2 top-folding card base. Then I selected patterned paper for the background. The patterned papers are so varied that you will have trouble selecting just one!

Next, I cut my black border panel and white stitched panel with the Gina K Design’s Master Layout 2 dies. If you have trouble getting perfect layers this is a great set to have. It is honestly one of my most used products. All of this card stock is in the kit. Adhere these panels together, I used a tape runner.

Just to add some more interest to the stitched panel I cut some 1/8” and 1/4” strips from white, black and gold (all in the kit!). Use a strong liquid glue to adhere these panels to the main panel. Trim away any excess.

Now select your focal point. I love this sentiment panel from the kit and knew I needed to use this cute little house with gold details. I glued the edge of the house to the sentiment panel and then added foam squares (included in the kit) to the back.

Then I saw these beautiful gold foiled snowflakes and had to use them as embellishments. I just glued them down. This card took about 30 minutes to make, SO EASY. I love the result and would like to know what you think. Please leave a comment below. I will be back in the next couple days with more from this kit. This may be the FIRST year I actually finish my Christmas cards.😂.
