New Florals From LDRS creative

It’s New Release Day with LDRS Creative and we have some beautiful florals for you and Impress-ion dies to coordinate with the stamps and stencils. Today I thought I would share some new creations with you. have two cards for you. These new products are so versatile. There are new stamps, dies, and stencils and they are stunning!

The Impress-ion Dies from LDRS Creative are beautiful. They have multiple uses. They can be used with Spellbinder’s BetterPress plates AND the Glimmer system to hot foil! Today I have examples of both! I hope you enjoy them! Leave me a comment below and let me know which is your favorite!

Card 1

Step 1: I First cut several pieces of 4.25″ x 5.5″ white card stock. On the first panel, I used the Sweetheart Floral first stencil and lightly brushed Pink Tutu Ink all over the panel. I allowed this to dry and then splattered it with silver watercolor paint.

Step 2: Next, I used my Glimmer system to foil the Sweetheart Floral Impress-ion Die with the Spellbinder’s Glimmer System and a matte silver Glimmer foil. I then inked the foiled image with Pink Tutu, Tickled Pink, and Prickly Pear Perfection Hybrid Inks. Then I die-cut it with the coordinating die. I also cut three more of these shapes from white card stock and glued them together.

Step 3: Using the two largest scalloped rectangles I aligned and taped them and then cut 3 frames from scrap white card stock and one from a matte silver card. I then glued them together, let them dry, and glued them to the A2 splattered panel. I attached the floral to this using foam tape. This panel was glued to a top folded white, A2 card base.

Step 4: Now for the sentiment. I cut the Hello Circle Phrase from a scrap pink card stock and the same matte silver I used for the scalloped frame. I backed it with a solid smaller white circle die-cut using liquid glue. I inlaid the pink letters to this with liquid glue. I cut it into a rectangle once it was dry and mounted it to the floral with foam tape. The card is done. What do you think?

Card 2

Step 1: I cut a white panel to 3.75″ x 5″. I used the Floral Swag stamps and randomly stamped them in Raven Hybrid Ink to cover this panel. I cut a piece of black card stock a 1/8″ larger and glued the stamped panel to the black panel. I cut a top folding A2 card base. I glued one of the foil card stock pieces from the One Fine Day 6 x 6 paper pad after die-cutting it with the A2 Diagonal Stitched Card Topper die. The main floral panel was then added to the card base using foam tape.

Step 2: On two panels of white card stock, I used the Floral Swag stencils and the following inks, Tickled Pink, Pink Tutu, and Tangerine Dream (for the florals). I used Raven ink (for the leaves). I thought coloring the leaves with black ink tied the floral element to the stamped background panel. I repeated this a second time. I then used the dies to cut out all the pieces. I arranged them and glued them together. I added a bit of shimmer pen to the black leaves. The floral element was added to the stamped background with foam tape.

Step 3: Now onto the sentiment. I hot foiled the Love and Friendship sentiment with my Spellbinder Glimmer system and Gold Glimmer Hot Foil. I die-cut it with the coordinating die and added it to the card with foam tape. I had a few pieces of the stenciled floral elements remaining and added them to the card with foam tape. I added a few sequins to complete the card.
