Good morning! Today we will continue to share with you the new release from Kat Scrappiness. The Kat’s Meow and Pawsome Dog release contains new products for all of you pet lovers! New dies, stamps, paper pads and 3D box add ons are all in the shop waiting for you!

I have a cat card and dog card to share with you today so let’s get started!

Card 1

card details

This card is made with the new Kat Scrappiness 3D Box die set. This set is fabulous by itself but with the new release additional add-ons have been released. This card features the 3D Hill Add On.

I first cut out the box card and the hill add-on from white card stock. I then cut out the back panel and hill panels from the new The Kat’s Meow 6×6 Paper Pad. These were adhered to the white card stock with liquid glue. I also used the Ball of Yarn 6×6 Stencil on the inside panels.

Next, I stamped, colored and die-cut the cat images and fish skeleton. I stamped the sentiment from the Pawsome Cat’s Sentiment Stamp set, in a pink pigment ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

I assembled the 3D Box according to the video instructions which can be found HERE. I added a few Mother of Pearl AB round Solid Confettis and the card was done. I am in love with this 3D box set and encourage you to take a peek at the new products which can be found HERE.

card 2

How about this puppy? Isn’t he cute? The products I used for this card and the previous card will be listed below. For this card, I started with a piece of pink card stock, I scored the panel at 3”. I then cut a circle from the upper portion of the front panel. Using the score line as a center. I then cut a piece of white card stock to 2.5” x 5.5” and cut a circle from it in the same spot. . You can lightly trace where the circle needs to be before cutting. Stamp your sentiment on to the circle and set aside.

Using the Dog Bone Stencil and a pink Distress Oxide I stenciled over the front pink card base. You don’t need to cover the whole thing just the 2.5”,

I used the Pawsome Love Background Die and die-cut the 3” white card stock. This was then glued on top of the pink card base. I also glued down a strip of silver card stock, covering up the seam and adding a bit of bling.

Now stamp your puppy and his toys. Using the coordinating dies, cut them out. On the inside of the card stamp two of the pups,

Color in the collars, ears and tongue in a pink marker. You will now glue down the stenciled part of the card front. Leaving the 3” unglued. Add your circle sentiment to the cut out area and the card is done!
